A warm welcome from Miss Whitehead the Nursery EYFS practitioner here at The Orchards School.
The Nursery is the very start of your child’s journey through the Orchards School, where children get the opportunity to socialise and interact with other children and adults. The children’s personal, social and emotional development at this stage is the most valuable learning experience during Nursery. We like to see children to leaving us as happy, confident individuals ready to continue their learning journey through to Reception.
We base our learning through play and exploration using a variety of different opportunities and textures both inside and outside. Here are a few examples of the activities and play set ups available to your children when they start at The Orchards Nursery.
